For the past decade, Dorbritz Architects has been our invaluable partner in restoring and maintaining our two historically and architecturally significant properties, the Villa Aurora, built  by Mark Daniels in 1928, a designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument and the Thomas Mann House, designed by Julius R. Davidson in 1942 and now the property of the Federal Republic of Germany.  Their expertise, diligence, and dedication are unmatched. 

 We have worked with Dorbritz Architects for over 30 years.  Projects include retail shopping centers, convenience stores, Class A mid-rise and urban office buildings, conversion / re-use of historic commercial properties and most recently mid-rise multi-family projects.  Dorbritz provides thoughtful analysis in the programming and diagrammatic stages, leading to creative and efficient designs that are visually pleasing and very functional.   All projects were given personal attention, were well designed and constructed with minimal changes; several won architectural awards
